We are a long term rental company (2 Month Minimum) that provides Temporary Housing.
We’re Here to Help with Temporary Housing Solutions no matter the reason.
If you have been relocated due to an insurance claim, we can work with your Homeowner’s Insurance for coverage of your rental.
We also work with Traveling Nurses and others that need Temporary Housing away from home.
Due to the overwhelming number of calls due to recent Hurricanes, we kindly ask that you carefully review the information below and complete the Homeowner Information Form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
How We Can Help
At Action RV, we can place a unit at your home or a desired location, such as an RV Park of your request.
Minimum Rental: 2 months
Full-Service: We deliver and set up the camper at your home or any location you choose.
Convenient Setup: We connect to your existing water, sewer, and electrical systems whenever possible.
Get Started
Fill out the Homeowner Information Form
If applicable, contact your insurance claims representative and grant permission for them to speak with Action RV. This can be done by voicemail or email.
We will handle the rest! Our team will work directly with your adjuster to request approval and provide any necessary information for your rental coverage.
Important: If you will be using your homeowner’s policy - please Check Your Insurance Coverage for Loss of Use/Additional Living Expenses. Flood Policies typically do no have coverage for living out of your home.
Please be aware that most Flood Insurance Policies DO NOT typically include Loss of Use or Additional Living Expenses coverage. However, some private flood insurance policies may offer this protection.
If your home was affected by both flood and wind damage, speak with your adjuster to determine if your wind policy covers Loss of Use or ALE. In the absence of coverage, you may seek assistance through Disaster Assistance or call 1-800-621-3362.
